A lovely day today, spent some time watering this morning then had to go out. On the way home was irresistably drawn to Bunnings! I needed some black plastic and also got 4 more strawberry plants, I`m aiming to have enough ripe ones together to make a dessert. Also got a new watering can, much needed.
There are 3 baby blackbirds now, so far they are quiet but I`m sure they`ll get noisy soon.

We have had black birds nest in our passion fruit vine, year after year. I enjoyed seeing them grow, even if they were feral birds and not a native. They grow so quick.

I`ve decided not to let them raise another clutch after this one, because they are ferals. They`ll only do it somewhere else though I suppose. Still it was nice feeling close to nature for a while.
